Ado APC Party Stakeholders Meet, Pass Vote Of Confidence On Gov. FayemiValidate election of party executives

APC party stakeholders in Ado-Ekiti LG  have met and passed resolution expressing confidence on the administration of Ekiti state governor, H.E, Dr. John Kayode Fayemi.

They met today at the local government party secretariat in Ado-Ekiti.

At the stakeholders meeting, the LG Party Chairman in Ado-Ekiti, Hon. Mike Akinleye extolled the good virtues of Dr. John Kayode Fayemi's administration and called  on all party members to embrace peace and unity.

He furthered that, two letters was received by him from the national secretariat directing party members to withdraw all litigations against the party from courts.

He added that any party member acting contrary to this is on his or her own and will be sanctioned.

Hon. Mike said in accordance with the directive, he has withdrawn suit filed against the nomination of late senator Abiola Ajimobi at state High court over the position held then by the later. 

Collaborating the submission of Ado-Ekiti LG party chairman on Dr. John Kayode Fayemi' giant strides and wonderful performance in the last two years, the  Vice Chairman of APC in Ekiti state,  Hon. Sola Elesin re-affirmed the party's confidence on Dr. John Kayode Fayemi's administration describing his performance   as, "Excellent"

He also called on APC party members in Ado-Ekiti who were aggrieved to sheath their sword for party progress's sake and give the state government all the necessary support.

Hon. Sola Elesin added that the party is supreme and its decision binding on all party members.


Other notable party stakeholders who spoke at the meeting applauded the brilliant performance of Dr. John Kayode Fayemi's administration.

Member, Ekiti state House of Assembly representing Ado constituency one after highlighting the various achievements of Dr. John Kayode Fayemi's administration in the last two years moved a motion affirming the party stakeholders' confidence on Dr John Kayode Fayemi and validating the elections of all party executives from the ward to state level. 

The motion was adopted and seconded by theExecutive Chairman of Ado-Ekiti LG, Hon. Motunde Fajuyi.

All other APC party stakeholders present adopted the voted of confidence on H.E Dr, John Kayode Fayemi.

Fatoba Mourns Demise Of Prominent Ado Chief, Eyeigba

The Honourable  member representing Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 1,  Hon. Olusola Steve Fatoba has mourned the demise of Ado-Ekiti prominent Chief and  foremost  accountant Chief(Mrs) Abike Sonoiki, the Eiyegba of Ado-Ekiti who gave up the ghost on Thursday, 15th July, 2021. In a statement in Abuja, he described Eiyegba as a character personified, an  intellectual, a caring mother or Aunt who had meritoriously and selflessly served Ekiti State in various capacities as former SSG and Commissioner. According to the lawmaker, Eiyegba would be sorely missed for her wise counsel and motherly role.  Hon. Fatoba prayed that God would grant her eternal rest.

Gulak's Death: Buhari Vows to deploy all resources' to capture culprits
