Ekiti APC Lauds Fayemi Quick Recovery


The quick healing of Ekiti state Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi from the convid 19 attack is a testimony  to the administration's sound and vibrant health programme, the All Progressives Congress, (APC) in the state has said.

In a statement to welcome Dr Fayemi back to work, after 11 days isolation after testing positive of the global pandemic, the APC pointed out that this is also an attestation that the state is in the forefront in the war against the pandemic.

The chairman of the party, Chief Paul Omotoso, in a statement signed by the Publicity secretary, Hon Ade Ajayi commended the medical team that handled the governor's case and other recorded ones in the state, which has drastically reduced the number of deaths.

The chairman equally sent words of encouragement to others that are still recovering assuring that testing positive of Covid 19 is not a death sentence.
Chief Omotoso expressed satisfaction with the state of health facilities in the state saying the present administration aims at making the people to enjoy more dividends of democracy in all areas of life.

Fatoba Mourns Demise Of Prominent Ado Chief, Eyeigba

The Honourable  member representing Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 1,  Hon. Olusola Steve Fatoba has mourned the demise of Ado-Ekiti prominent Chief and  foremost  accountant Chief(Mrs) Abike Sonoiki, the Eiyegba of Ado-Ekiti who gave up the ghost on Thursday, 15th July, 2021. In a statement in Abuja, he described Eiyegba as a character personified, an  intellectual, a caring mother or Aunt who had meritoriously and selflessly served Ekiti State in various capacities as former SSG and Commissioner. According to the lawmaker, Eiyegba would be sorely missed for her wise counsel and motherly role.  Hon. Fatoba prayed that God would grant her eternal rest.

Gulak's Death: Buhari Vows to deploy all resources' to capture culprits
