.........Data Base flagoff as the LG Chair visits Ewi-in-Council with Enumeration consultants

The Executive Chairman of Ado-Ekiti LG, Hon. Motunde Fajuyi led Enumeration consultants on a visit to the Ewi's palace, yesterday morning.

 The visit was sequel to the New Ado-Ekiti LG Data Base flag off.

Hon. Motunde Fajuyi and the Enumeration consultants were warmly welcomed by the Ewi-In-Council led by His Royal Majesty, Oba(Dr.) Rufus Adeyemo Aladejugbe.

Speaking during the visitation, HRM Oba(Dr) Rufus Adeyemo Aladejugbe 
commended the effort of Ado-Ekiti LG under the leadership of Hon. Motunde Fajuyi for coming up with the brilliant idea of   New Data Base system for every home in Ado-Ekiti.

According to the Ewi, the Data Base will go a long of solving numerous problems acting as impediment towards the development of Ado-Ekiti LG.

He expressed  optimism that it will also make proper planning and adequate provision for Ado-Ekiti residents an easier task.

All members of the Ewi-In-Council applauded the brilliant step taken by the LG and prayed for Hon. Motunde Fajuyi's continual success.

In presenting the Consultants, Hon Fajuyi said there is 90 % local content in their selection.
She affirmed that 80% of those to be employed will be Youths.

The Chairman appreciated the Traditional council for their ever ready support and wise counsel at all times.

Fatoba Mourns Demise Of Prominent Ado Chief, Eyeigba

The Honourable  member representing Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 1,  Hon. Olusola Steve Fatoba has mourned the demise of Ado-Ekiti prominent Chief and  foremost  accountant Chief(Mrs) Abike Sonoiki, the Eiyegba of Ado-Ekiti who gave up the ghost on Thursday, 15th July, 2021. In a statement in Abuja, he described Eiyegba as a character personified, an  intellectual, a caring mother or Aunt who had meritoriously and selflessly served Ekiti State in various capacities as former SSG and Commissioner. According to the lawmaker, Eiyegba would be sorely missed for her wise counsel and motherly role.  Hon. Fatoba prayed that God would grant her eternal rest.

Gulak's Death: Buhari Vows to deploy all resources' to capture culprits
