Ekiti APC Suspends Sen. Ojudu, Tinubu's inlaw and 9 others over disobedience to party directive on withdrawal of court cases

The State Executive Committee(SEC) of Ekiti state chapter of All Progressives Congress(APC) has approved the  indefinite suspension of  a former senator and special adviser to the president on political matters, Sen. Babafemi Ojudu and ten others over their  disobedience to National Executive Committee(NEC) directive of June 25, 2020 to party members to withdraw all existing court cases against the party in court.

The suspension letter 

There suspension which is with immediate effect according to APC Publicity Secretary, Hon. Ade Ajayi is based on the recommendation of the investigative/disciplinary committee inaugurated by SEC to investigate the disobedience of certain party members to NEC directive which directed party members not to institute any court action and to withdraw court cases in court.

Other party members suspended were:
  Hon. Oyetunde Ojo,
 Engineer Ayo Ajibade,
 Mr. Dele Afolabi, 
Hon. Femi Adeleye,
Chief Akin Akomolafe, 
Dr. Wole Oluyede,
Mr Olusoga Owoeye, 
Omooba Bangboye Adegoroye, Akogun Bunmi Ogunleye and 
 Barrister Toyin Oluwasola. 

The decision of SEC has been communicated to the Caretaker/Extra Ordinary Convention Committee.
