Following the sharp division and crisis rocking the Ekiti state chapter of People's Democratic Party, one of the immediate former PDP councillors representing ward 5, Ado-Ekiti LG, Hon. Usman Muhammed has officially decamped to All Progressives Congress today along with his team of supporters.

Hon. Usman while renouncing the membership of his former party PDP for APC at ward 5, described the opposition party as a place not too comfortable to stay any longer.

The former PDP councilor added that the act of benevolence extended to them by His Excellency Dr. John Kayode Fayemi to complete their tenure during the last local administration  prompted his decamp to APC and also to show his act of gratitude for what the governor did.
