Fatoba Congratulates New Oluyin Of Iyin-Ekiti.....Wishes him peaceful reign

Member representing Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 1, Hon. Olusola Steve Fatoba has joined numerous well wishers in Irepodun/Ifelodun local government to greet and congratulate HRM, Oba  Adeniyi Ajakaiye on his emergence as the new Oluyin 
 of Iyin-Ekiti,  

In a congratulatory message made available to our correspondent in Ado-Ekiti, the Reps member expressed his joy over the installationof Oba  Adeniyi as the new Oluyin of Iyin-Ekiti describing it as a good one for the progress of the community.

"It is with heart full of joy that I am congratulating Oba Adeniyi Ajakaiye as he ascends the throne of his fore fathers as the new  Oluyin of Iyin-Ekiti. I am optimistic that his reign will usher in more peace and progress for the people of Iyin-Ekiti" Fatoba said.

Hon. Fatoba called on the people of Iyin-Ekiti to give more support to the new Oluyin towards the progress of the community.

He equally prayed that the reign of Oba Adeniyi Ajakaiye as the new Oluyin of Iyin-Ekiti would be a peaceful one.

Fatoba Mourns Demise Of Prominent Ado Chief, Eyeigba

The Honourable  member representing Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 1,  Hon. Olusola Steve Fatoba has mourned the demise of Ado-Ekiti prominent Chief and  foremost  accountant Chief(Mrs) Abike Sonoiki, the Eiyegba of Ado-Ekiti who gave up the ghost on Thursday, 15th July, 2021. In a statement in Abuja, he described Eiyegba as a character personified, an  intellectual, a caring mother or Aunt who had meritoriously and selflessly served Ekiti State in various capacities as former SSG and Commissioner. According to the lawmaker, Eiyegba would be sorely missed for her wise counsel and motherly role.  Hon. Fatoba prayed that God would grant her eternal rest.

Gulak's Death: Buhari Vows to deploy all resources' to capture culprits

Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari has expressed outrage and disgust over what he called “the heinous murder of Adamawa politician Ahmed Gulak in Owerri, Imo State by yet to be identified gunmen.” Reacting to the development on Sunday, the President said: “I’m repulsed by such premeditated and gruesome murder of Gulak by evil people who are determined to undermine the peace, unity and territorial integrity of our country.” “Let me warn however that nobody or group of people who engages in such despicable acts should expect to go free.
