Erelu Bisi Fayemi, A Cheerful Giver

"Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver".

 This biblical injuction indicates God's love for whoever give out to the needy. For, "whoever has a bountiful eye will be blessed, for he shares his bread with the poor.  

The wife of Ekiti state governor, Her Excellency, Erelu Bisi Fayemi inculcates  this biblical injuction by being a cheerful giver to the needy around her. 

Her kind  gestures has made many people to love her especially the women folks.

Her caring for the  elderly ones in the society is highly noticeable and commendable through the monthly distribution of,  "Ounje Arugbo" and other humanitarian services. 

Erelu Bisi Fayemi's generosity transcends beyond the boundary of the aged in the society. Many young women especially the needy have also benefitted from her act of generosity. 

She  has always been in the fore front for women welfare  which can  be vividly seen in her contributions during the COVID-19 lockdown through the distribution of palliatives to many women in Ekiti state.

Erelu Bisi Fayemi  has with her  generosity carved a niche for herself in Ekiti state and Nigeria as a whole.

She has also been a support pillar for the   administration of her husband, Dr. John Kayode Fayemi. 

Her immense contributions cannot be wished away. 

Erelu Bisi Fayemi has been laying a good foundation for future generations to follow.

 This woman of substance has been sowing bountifully and definitely she will reap bountifully.

 May God Almighty continue  bless her more.

Fatoba Mourns Demise Of Prominent Ado Chief, Eyeigba

The Honourable  member representing Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 1,  Hon. Olusola Steve Fatoba has mourned the demise of Ado-Ekiti prominent Chief and  foremost  accountant Chief(Mrs) Abike Sonoiki, the Eiyegba of Ado-Ekiti who gave up the ghost on Thursday, 15th July, 2021. In a statement in Abuja, he described Eiyegba as a character personified, an  intellectual, a caring mother or Aunt who had meritoriously and selflessly served Ekiti State in various capacities as former SSG and Commissioner. According to the lawmaker, Eiyegba would be sorely missed for her wise counsel and motherly role.  Hon. Fatoba prayed that God would grant her eternal rest.
