Fatoba Congratulates Newly Ekiti State Appointees

...Lauds Fayemi For The Gesture

Member representing Ekiti Central Federal Constituency one at the national assembly, Hon. Olusola Steve Fatoba(MHR) has congratulated all the newly state appointees in Ekiti State by His Excellency, Dr. John Kayode Fayemi.

Fatoba equally thanked Governor Fayemi for remembering his people at this time despite the inadequate financial resources of the government. 

The Reps. member in his congratulatory message to the newly  appointees which was made available to our correspondent in Ado-Ekiti this evening expressed his joy and satisfaction over their appointments.

Hon. Fatoba described their appointments as well deserved and in good order. 

The federal parliamentarian wished them success in their various state assignments and also urged them to utilize it for the betterment of the people and party.

Fatoba Mourns Demise Of Prominent Ado Chief, Eyeigba

The Honourable  member representing Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 1,  Hon. Olusola Steve Fatoba has mourned the demise of Ado-Ekiti prominent Chief and  foremost  accountant Chief(Mrs) Abike Sonoiki, the Eiyegba of Ado-Ekiti who gave up the ghost on Thursday, 15th July, 2021. In a statement in Abuja, he described Eiyegba as a character personified, an  intellectual, a caring mother or Aunt who had meritoriously and selflessly served Ekiti State in various capacities as former SSG and Commissioner. According to the lawmaker, Eiyegba would be sorely missed for her wise counsel and motherly role.  Hon. Fatoba prayed that God would grant her eternal rest.

Gulak's Death: Buhari Vows to deploy all resources' to capture culprits

Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari has expressed outrage and disgust over what he called “the heinous murder of Adamawa politician Ahmed Gulak in Owerri, Imo State by yet to be identified gunmen.” Reacting to the development on Sunday, the President said: “I’m repulsed by such premeditated and gruesome murder of Gulak by evil people who are determined to undermine the peace, unity and territorial integrity of our country.” “Let me warn however that nobody or group of people who engages in such despicable acts should expect to go free.
