It is not an understatement or exaggeration to tag Ekiti state governor and chairman NGF,  His Excellency, Dr. John Kayode Fayemi as, "Proudly Ekiti" because he has with his wonderful feat in office positioned himself for this great tittle. 

Dr John Kayode Fayemi's second coming as governor has brought a lot of blessings and development to Ekiti state. It has also  elevated the status of the state and make it more relevant.

His giant strides in the last two years as governor of Ekiti state  has lent more credence to his good leadership style and quality. 

JKF has chosen to be heard less in words but more in actions. He has unveiled himself in all angles as a diligent and matured politician.

One needs no recommended glass to see all his valuable achievements in the state. Withing two years in office, JKF has successfully executed more than sixty projects and ensures prompt payment of salaries, gratuities of state workers. He has also put smiles to the faces of pensioners with the gradual payment of their pension. 

Dr. John Kayode  Fayemi has done his race and state of origin proud with the way and manner     he has been running the affairs of the state and that of the Nigeria Governors' Forum(NGF) which he chairs. 

His amazing feat is convincing enough to conclude that an Ekiti man is good to go and capable for the task ahead in our dear nation, Nigeria. 

The good image of Ekiti has been more lauded under Dr John Kayode Fayemi's administration to the envy of other states. 

Some days ago, an Ekiti man emerged as the overall winner of  the best teacher's award in Nigeria's. A great feat recorded under the current administration in Ekiti State. 

JKF has given room for more participation of people in governance. This is evidenced in his recent 121 appointments and the ones that have been done before.

His outstanding achievements is of great pride for every Ekiti man in any part of the world. 

JKF in all ramifications is proudly Ekiti and an excellent performer.

Fatoba Mourns Demise Of Prominent Ado Chief, Eyeigba

The Honourable  member representing Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 1,  Hon. Olusola Steve Fatoba has mourned the demise of Ado-Ekiti prominent Chief and  foremost  accountant Chief(Mrs) Abike Sonoiki, the Eiyegba of Ado-Ekiti who gave up the ghost on Thursday, 15th July, 2021. In a statement in Abuja, he described Eiyegba as a character personified, an  intellectual, a caring mother or Aunt who had meritoriously and selflessly served Ekiti State in various capacities as former SSG and Commissioner. According to the lawmaker, Eiyegba would be sorely missed for her wise counsel and motherly role.  Hon. Fatoba prayed that God would grant her eternal rest.

Gulak's Death: Buhari Vows to deploy all resources' to capture culprits

Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari has expressed outrage and disgust over what he called “the heinous murder of Adamawa politician Ahmed Gulak in Owerri, Imo State by yet to be identified gunmen.” Reacting to the development on Sunday, the President said: “I’m repulsed by such premeditated and gruesome murder of Gulak by evil people who are determined to undermine the peace, unity and territorial integrity of our country.” “Let me warn however that nobody or group of people who engages in such despicable acts should expect to go free.
