Court Remands Three over Ekiti House Of Assembly bye-election killings

A Magistrate Court sitting in Ado-Ekiti has remand three suspects namely,  Adenijo Olusola A.K.A Solar, Paul Folorunso, and Adebayo Serifat  in an Ado-Ekiti correctional centre for alleged murder.

The suspects were yesterday brought before Chief Magistrate’s Court sitting in the state capital charged with conspiracy, murder and attempted murder.

Police prosecutor Martin Akala told the court that the defendants were the masterminds of the murder of Babatunde Adeleye and Bola Adebisi in Omuo-Ekiti during the bye-election in Ekiti-East State Constitutency 1 held last Saturday.

Chief Magistrate Lawal  adjourned the case till April 19.
